Bonney provides 1:1 and dyadic clinical supervision / consultation for interning, qualifying and registered psychotherapists in Ontario, Canada. She is a registered psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, certified as a clinical supervisor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She is a Nurse Practitioner licensed by the College of Nurses of Ontario.

She brings leadership, coaching, and mentoring to clinicians working in private practice and with intradisciplinary teams at health and social service organizations. She is passionate about building caring, creative, collaborative communities of practice: healthy spaces for practitioners in the healing arts to come together to build confidence, grow, and thrive.

Bonney is a dynamic and engaging public speaker & group facilitator, who has spoken on radio, television and podcasts on various topics related to coping with chronic and life limiting illness, trauma, and grief.
